I really love this book as an educational tool in helping me to de-colonize my mindset/ethos (developed as a child in taking US history) of Native Americans, their land, diet, spiritulity and culture, and all the moving parts of wholistic living to bring healing of body, mind and spirit, for the human being and the land that is trod upon.
