Anti-Racism Book Box | Collab with The Institute for Anti-Racist Education

 We are proud to be collaborating with The Institute for Anti-Racist Education. They have created two book boxes which are perfect for building an understanding of the complexities of racism.

These book boxes directly support the Create Freedom Artivist Fellowship, a summer program that provides financial support to adolescents and young adults in foster care, those with incarcerated parents, people of color, LGBTQIA2S+ individuals, those with disabilities, and those who have been impacted by systems.

We have an adult box and a teen box. Each box comes with three books and a small gift from a Black or Indigenous owned small business.

Support a Black woman-led organization! The Institute for Anti-Racist Education is a 501(c)(3) focused on transforming youth educational experiences through Abolitionist Social Emotional Learning practices. Co-Founded by Ashley Lipscomb (CEO) & Brittany Spatz (COO) July 2, 2020.

 The Institute operates in community with schools, districts, organizations, and corporations in order to disrupt carceral policies that disproportionately affect the thriving of Black & Indigenous children, queer students, children with disabilities, children of the global majority, immigrant youth, and communities impacted by poverty. Together, we are working toward fostering more loving and inclusive schools that freedom dream new possibilities, and create the world every student deserves.
